• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

Payments

• All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be completed according to the agreed schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
• Additional fees may apply for special requests, upgrades, or last-minute changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to eyobenjie@gmail.com.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation timeline and supplier policies.
• Certain components (e.g., hotel stays, private transport, or curated experiences) may be non-refundable once confirmed.
• No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, or no-shows.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, government advisories, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will provide alternative arrangements of comparable value to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

Travel Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, appropriate visas, travel insurance, and all required documentation for your destination(s). Island Bliss Ceylon is not liable for any entry denials, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Liability

Island Bliss Ceylon acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (including hotels, transport operators, and guides). While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from their services or from participation in tours and activities. All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

Health & Safety

• You are responsible for your physical and mental fitness to travel.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed in writing prior to booking.
• We are not liable for health-related incidents that occur during your journey.

Intellectual Property
